Hotel Project Management is an engineering and counseling company specializing in real estate construction and renovation projects involving hotels through its missions of assisted project management and as Construction Manager
Since 2005 the HPM team has acquired unique experience by the management of hotel projects ranging from 2 to five star hotels and from 50 to 900 rooms. In order to adapt to the particular nature of your project HPM has surrounded itself with a network of specialized engineering and design offices (electricity, plumbing& heating, AC…) and has developed specific competence in the field of hotel engineering (fire security, kitchen design, FF&E…)
The competencies of HPM permit its accompanying of all types of clients wishing to develop a hotel project, promoter, investor, hotelier throughout the territory. The strength of HPM is based on its technical competence allied with experience in the hotel field which permits guaranteeing its clients hotels most adapted to their needs.
HPM is an independent group which guarantees absence of all conflict of interest in the accomplishment of its mission for its clients.

MOE
HPM assure la coordination des études, la conception des différents lots (lots techniques, structure, acoustique, SSI) et la maîtrise d’oeuvre d’exécution.
Pour s’adapter aux particularités des projets, HPM s’entoure d’un réseau de bureaux d’études spécialisés (CVC, plomberie, électricité…) et a développé des compétences spécifiques à l’ingénierie hôtelière (sécurité incendie, cuisine, FF&E,..)
AUDIT TECHNIQUE ET FAISABILITÉ
Les audits ont pour but d’identifier les points forts et points faibles des hôtels, identifier les non conformités réglementaires, chiffrer les travaux à prévoir en vue d’une remise en état, remise en conformité ou un upgrade de l’hôtel.
