The Technical and Feasibility Pole has as its role the execution of audits of existing assets.

This can be for existing hotels but also for residential buildings, offices or all other assets in vue of their transformation into a hotel.

The audits have as their goal :

  • Identifying strong and weak points of the assets,
  • Identifying non-compliance with norms,
  • Identifying the potentials for improvement of the assets,
  • Cost analysis of works to foresee in view of a restoration, return to compliance, transformation or an upgrade of the hotel.

Ces audits interviennent sur des opérations de vente ou d’acquisition, d’étude patrimoniale ou des études de valorisation.

These audits occur for operations of sale or purchase, estate evaluation or valorization evaluation.
