HPM assures the coordination of the studies of different elements :
- Technical elements electricity (high and low power) plumbing and heating,
- Structure,
- Acoustics,
- IT services,
- Construction economics
During the execution of works phase :
HPM assures the mission of Construction Manager for execution of the works.
In order to adapt to the specifics of the projects HPM surrounds itself with a network of specialized engineering and design offices (electricity, plumbing& heating, AC…) and has developed specific competence in the field of hotel engineering (fire security, kitchen design, FF&E…)
